The seven parts of a call
Opening, permission, purpose, questions, confirmation, handover, closing. Every good outbound script has all seven, and each is one or two short lines.
Opening and permission
(Namaskaram {name} garu, {business} nunchi maatladutunnanu. Ippudu rendu nimishalu maatladavacha?) Hello, calling from {business}. Do you have two minutes?
Purpose and questions
Purpose: one sentence on why you are calling.
Questions: two to four, each answerable in a few words. (Mee budget entha?) What is your budget?
Confirmation and handover
Confirmation: repeat the critical detail back. (Ante shanivaaram udayam 11 gantalaku, kada?) So Saturday at 11 in the morning, right?
(Ee vishayam maa team chustaru.) Our team will look into this.
Closing and opt-out
Closing: ధన్యవాదాలు అండి. (Dhanyavaadaalu andi.) Thank you.
(Malli call cheyavaddu ante cheppandi.) If you don't want more calls, tell me.
