01How does EnableCalls pricing work?
You top up a prepaid credit wallet. Calls use credits only for connected, answered time, counted in short billing blocks. One credit equals one rupee.
02What does an unanswered or busy call cost?
Nothing. Calls that aren't answered, are busy or never connect aren't charged.
03Is there a fixed per-minute rate?
Rates are set per account, because they depend on your call volume, the mix of inbound and outbound calls, the languages and the numbers you need. Tell us what you expect and we'll quote a rate.
04Do I need a subscription?
No seat-based plan. You add credits and use them as connected calls happen.
05Can I see what I was charged for?
Yes. Every top-up and every charge is recorded in your wallet history, and each charge links to the call it came from.
