No two languages are the same problem
Each language brings its own script, sounds, dialects and habits of mixing with English. Success in one does not transfer to another.
Mixing with English
Hindi speakers mix English into Hinglish, Telugu speakers into Tenglish, and similar mixes exist across languages. A system that handles one mix does not automatically handle another.
Dialect spread
Telugu has Telangana, coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema speech. Hindi has a far wider spread of regional speech. The wider the spread, the more you must test on your callers.
What to test in every language
Names and places, numbers, an interruption, a language switch and a handover. The same five checks work for any language.
Start with the languages your callers use most
Add a language only after the first is stable. Each new language needs its own rehearsal and its own review by a native speaker.
