What is Connect rate?
Connect rate is the share of outbound call attempts that reach a person who answers. It is the first number to check on any calling campaign, since a call that is not answered cannot qualify, sell or remind anyone. It is usually measured per list, per time of day and per number.
Why Connect rate matters for Telugu calling
Connect rate tells you whether the list, the calling time and the number are working before you judge the script. A great script on a list that never answers produces nothing.
