Terms and conditions

These terms are an agreement between Bandaru Satyanarayanamurthy, an individual (sole proprietor), of 8-3-228/984, Rahamat Nagar, Yousufguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500045, India, who operates EnableCalls ("EnableCalls", "we", "us"), and the person or business that creates an EnableCalls workspace ("you"). By creating a workspace or buying coins you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our refund and cancellation policy.

1. The service

EnableCalls is software that lets you create AI employees that make and answer phone calls in Indian languages, run calling campaigns, capture leads and book appointments. It is delivered online at app.enablecalls.com. Nothing is shipped to you.

AI can make mistakes. It may mishear, misunderstand or say something inaccurate. Review important outcomes before you rely on them.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for your business.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
• Give us accurate business, billing and KYC details. Phone numbers are issued only after KYC under Indian telecom rules.

3. Lawful calling is your responsibility

You decide whom to call and why, so you are responsible for following the law, including:

• TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations: promotional calls only to people who agreed to them and are not on the DND list, from the right number series (140 for promotional, 160 for service calls), within permitted hours, and with any DLT registration that applies to you.
• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: a lawful reason and notice for the personal data you upload, and honouring people's requests.
• Never using EnableCalls for spam, fraud, harassment, impersonation, threatening debt collection, political robocalls, or anything unlawful.

EnableCalls helps you comply (consent records, promotional calling hours, a do-not-call list, and an AI and recording notice at the start of each call), but it does not replace your own compliance. We may pause campaigns or suspend workspaces that receive complaints or break these rules.

4. Coins and prices

• EnableCalls is prepaid. You buy coins and spend them on the service. 1 coin = ₹1.
• Coins are bought in Indian rupees through our payment partners. Taxes that apply, if any, are shown before you pay. You can buy between 100 and 1,00,000 coins at a time.
• Coins are prepaid credit for EnableCalls services only. They are not money, a currency, a wallet or a stored-value instrument. They cannot be transferred to another workspace or person, earn no interest, and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except as our refund and cancellation policy allows.
• New workspaces receive 20 free welcome coins once. Free coins have no cash value and are never refunded.
• Coins do not expire while your workspace is open.
• Calls use coins only when answered, in 30-second blocks, at your voice plan's rate per minute shown on our pricing page and in the app. Unanswered, busy and failed calls use no coins.
• Phone numbers are paid monthly from coins and renew automatically while you have enough coins. A number that cannot be renewed is released.
• We may change prices with at least 15 days' notice in the app or by email. Changes never affect calls already made.

5. Your content

You own the contacts, scripts, knowledge and call data in your workspace. You let us process it only to provide EnableCalls to you, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to upload it.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep EnableCalls running at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Calls depend on telephone networks and providers outside our control. Support is available through Help and support in the app and at contact@enabledbrains.com.

7. Suspension and closing a workspace

You may close your workspace at any time by writing to us from Help and support. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or does not pay, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, EnableCalls is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Indemnity

You will compensate us for claims and penalties caused by calls you made or data you uploaded in breach of these terms or the law.

10. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page and tell you in the app or by email before material changes take effect. Using EnableCalls after that means you accept them.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
