Shipping and delivery policy

EnableCalls is software used online at app.enablecalls.com. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How your purchase is delivered

• Coins: added to your workspace balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You see them on the Coins page and in the top bar of the app.
• Phone numbers: set up after your KYC is approved. The app shows the progress of each number, and its coins come back automatically if it cannot be activated.
• Account access: available right after you create your workspace.

If something does not arrive

If you paid but the coins are not in your balance after 30 minutes, write to contact@enabledbrains.com or use Help and support in the app with the payment reference. We will add the coins or refund the payment, as described in our refund and cancellation policy.

Where we serve

EnableCalls is offered to businesses in India and payments are accepted in Indian rupees.
