Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers payments made to Bandaru Satyanarayanamurthy for EnableCalls. You buy coins in Indian rupees (1 coin = ₹1) and spend them on calls, phone numbers and AI features.

What is refunded automatically

• Calls that did not connect. Unanswered, busy and failed calls never use coins.
• A phone number that could not be activated. If you pay for a number and it cannot be set up, its coins go back to your balance automatically.

Failed and duplicate payments

If money left your account but the coins did not arrive, or you were charged twice for one purchase, write to us with the payment reference. We check it with our payment partner and either add the coins or refund the payment to the original payment method. Payments that failed at the bank are usually reversed by the bank itself within 5 to 7 working days.

Unused coins

• Coins you bought and have not used are refunded when you close your workspace, to the original payment method, minus the payment gateway charge on that purchase.
• The 20 free welcome coins, and any other free or bonus coins, are never refunded.
• Coins already used for answered calls, phone number rental or AI features are not refunded.
• Coins do not expire while your workspace is open.

Phone numbers

Number rental is paid monthly in advance from coins. You can stop renewal at any time from the Phone numbers page; the number stays until the end of the month already paid. Partial months are not refunded.

Cancelling

You can stop campaigns, pause AI employees or close your workspace at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in period. To close your workspace, write to us from Help and support in the app or at contact@enabledbrains.com.

How to ask for a refund

Use Help and support in the app, or email contact@enabledbrains.com with your workspace name, the email you sign in with and the payment reference. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
